Project Summary

Location: Bayan-Ölgii, Mongolia

Project: Mosque & Islamic Hafiz Centre

Project Cost: HK$200,000

Completion Target: Early October 2026

Status: Under Construction

Why This Project Matters

  • For many Muslims in Mongolia, access to mosques and Islamic education remains very limited. The first mosque was built in 1992, and even today there are only a few mosques across the country. For example, in the capital city of Ulaanbaatar, there are only two mosques.
  • This project aims to provide a welcoming place where children can learn, families can gather, and the local Muslim community can perform the five daily prayers, Jumu’ah prayers, and participate in Islamic programs for generations to come.

About the Mosque Project

 The floor will include:

  • A spacious prayer hall
  • 4 classrooms for Qur’an and Islamic education
  • A library and learning space
  • Wudu facilities and restrooms
  • Community areas for educational and family programs
May Allah accept your Sadaqah Jariyah and reward you for every prayer, every lesson, and every soul that benefits from this mosque.
